Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at kgteyewear@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal to accept delivery, the original shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the return shipping cost exceeds the refund amount due, no credit will be issued.
