Please send an email to kgteyewear@gmail.com for countries not listed above, these orders cannot be placed online. Please email us the order with the products name, quantity and shipping address in details. Once we receive your order, we will send you the invoice by email. The payment will be processed on PayPal secured website. We will ship the order in 24-48 hours after we receive the payment.
IMPORT TAXES
You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, etc. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for these shipments as well. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them. fifibaby.com will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.
We request that you contact your customs office, and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to banned / restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept order, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your account as follows:
You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20% of the value of the order as a restocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs there will be no credit processed for the product(s).
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of original purchase. A 20% restocking fee may apply. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
